Treatments

From time to time we all need a little extra help and caring in our lives and that is what my treatments are all about. Each session is individually tailored to your wants and needs. Physical and emotional problems alike can be eased by the treatments offered and there are no restrictions on who can receive one. Treatments are not reserved for those with ailments either, a little pampering goes a long way and whether you receive it as a gift or treat yourself you will leave feeling relaxed, revitalised and balanced.

I studied for a year to qualify in level 3 Swedish massage under the VTCT International Institute of Health and Holistic Therapies in 2004. In that year I also qualified in second degree Reiki healing through the Usui tradition. In 2006 after a year of study I received an ITEC level 3 Diploma in Aromatherapy. Since gaining my qualifications I have attended courses and seminars to keep my knowledge up to date and build on what I have previously learnt.
